This page describes a home-purchase option for self-employed borrowers. The form sends your answers to Village Mortgage and requests a callback. The form is not a loan application.

Mortgage information

Information describes a specific lender program and is not a loan offer, qualification determination, rate quote or commitment to lend. Not requiring tax returns does not remove the need to document income or satisfy other underwriting requirements.

Credit reviews and costs

Submitting the callback form does not authorize a credit inquiry or payment. Any proposed credit review and cost must be explained and separately authorized before proceeding.
